- Pioneered LendKey's first single page application using TypeScript, React, and React Query and maintained it as the sole front end engineer
- Identified and developed an area of improvement that reduced incoming tickets and unplanned work by 40-60% each quarter by creating a user interface that allows loan analysts to repull credit for borrowers and cosigners
- Improved accessibility for our user-facing platforms from a Level Access compliance audit score of 69%, to a score of 95% compliant at the WCAG 2.0 A standard, and 100% compliant at the WCAG 2.0 AA standard
- Implemented a reusable component library that is browsable in Storybook, based off of prototypes created by the UX director in Figma and InVision
- Demoed technical concepts and software products to stakeholders

- Operated as the first responder to urgent issues by assessing the root cause and working with engineering teams to develop and deploy hot fixes
- Provided support to the engineering teams by working with the customer service representatives to troubleshoot faulty loan jackets and moved loans forward
- Maintained the Servicing board by triaging incoming tickets in JIRA to product managers and engineering teams
- Supported Servicing by using Microsoft Access to research issues, write queries to generate reports, perform data fixes and complete program setups
- Handled sensitive data in a production environment safely by having code reviewed and testing in a production clone prior to execution
- Wrote scripts and continuously updated documentation for loan jackets and servicing tickets
